This company’s products were body cleansers. But their facts said people used them for aromatherapy. I asked the owner why not sell them for that purpose. She repositioned her products and asked me to do a mock magazine ad. I did. And I heard she intends to use it.

This ad was about a letter from a business to its customers. They wanted to clear up some confusion. But woven in the letter was a pitch to grow their customer base. That was how I was directed to write the letter. I was told that the letter was exactly what they wanted.
